We are looking for an Operations & Marketing Coordinator (40-60%)!

    • You plan and execute exciting events – from the initial idea to the final implementation.

    • You create and manage our social media channels – develop content, schedule posts, and engage our community.

    • You contribute to marketing campaigns and communication strategies, helping to spread our messages effectively.

    • You create and optimize acquisition and presentation materials to support our network and projects.

    • You maintain the CRM database, ensuring that all information is accurate and well-organized.

    • You support the optimization of administrative processes and knowledge management, helping the team work more efficiently.

    • You handle accounts payable and receivable, including review and approval.

    • You take on diverse hands-on tasks in a dynamic startup environment – everything you do has a direct impact.

    • You are proactive, self-motivated, and work in a structured, independent, and pragmatic way.

    • You demonstrate strong social skills, excellent communication, and enjoy collaborating in a team.

    • You have an affinity for social media and ideally experience in content creation and channel management.

    • You are interested in innovative business models, care institutions, and the healthcare sector.

    • You hold a completed degree or higher education (at least four semesters) in business administration, communication, or a comparable field – alternative qualifications or relevant practical experience are also welcome.

    • You are fluent in written and spoken German (native level) and have good command of French and English; additional languages are a plus.

    • You are confident using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and apply these tools efficiently in your work.
